The play Vagina Monologues held its 200th show on March 25 in Mumbai's Tata theatre, NCPA. The programme was called V Day India 2009, V as in Victory. Since it was a special anniversary show, quite a few Bollywood stars took to the stage, supporting women issues.

Farhan Akhtar and his sister Zoya Akhtar recited a poem together, on the status of women when a girl child and a boy child is born.
